Masterplan – Overview

Estate Masterplan Overview

The Estate Masterplan has been shaped in direct response to feedback from pre-application discussions, with particular focus on refining the relationship between place, landscape and building form.

Each part of the estate has been designed to deliver a considered, contextually appropriate response. Distinct architectural typologies have been paired with clearly defined character areas.

Some, like the Walled Garden, are rooted in their historic function and spatial geometry, while others, such as The Stables or The Village Green, draw on a broader understanding of the English country estate and village.

In each case, the approach responds to the site’s topography and setting, ensuring every typology feels both appropriate and site-specific.
